About Me
Doctor of Chiropractic
IFM Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner
Or More Importantly, How Can I Help You?
Starting your Functional Medicine journey can be a daunting process. You likely have already done a significant amount of research into what may be causing your health challenges. And you have possibly realised that you need some help on that journey once you have seen the complexity or have become stuck. Knowing what to start with, what applies to you as an individual and how to navigate your health is an overwhelming task. I often compare this to someone attempting to fix their own computer with no pre-existing IT skills. Human beings are complex! Our physiology and interaction with environmental pressures are even more so.
My goal is to:
Take the overwhelm and anxiety out of the process which can often be experienced when you try to go it alone with the necessary support and expertise.

Guide you on what supplements, lab tests and dietary approaches may be appropriate for you and help you to source reliable and high-quality products.

Provide you with an organised step-by-step recovery plan that builds on each layer to maintain progression forward instead of a start, stop and back to square one guessing game approach.
My Education

- Cardiometabolic Advanced Practice Module – February 2019.
- Energy Advanced Practice Module – July 2019 (Mitochondria and Metabolism).
- GI Advanced Practice Module – October 2019 (IBS, SIBO, Celiac Disease, Crohns/UC, Food Sensitivity).

I am a Doctor of Chiropractic and Functional Medicine Practitioner. I do not hold medical qualifications and, therefore, am not qualified to prescribe medication as medical doctors are. Any recommendations I prescribe will centre around the key fundamentals of health, environment and lifestyle, which may relate to the root causes of your health concerns. My advice should never substitute medical care/advice, and you should never delay seeking medical advice, disregard medical advice or discontinue medical treatment because of any information on this website.
